PROGRAMS |
Newnan
Classical School supports a number of fundraising programs, each
designed to enable parents and school supporters to help the
school through normal daily buying patterns. By utilizing the
following programs, parents and supporters can help NCS financially
with minimal effort. Each of our fundraisers can be used by NCS
friends and family members alike.
Cell Phone/Ink Cartridge Recycling Program
One of the most successful fundraisers of the year is the NCS
sponsored CellFund Cell Phone/Ink Cartridge Recycling Program.
This fundraiser allows parents and NCS supporters to collect
and seek donations of used cell phones and ink cartridges from
local businesses or places of employment. The CellFund program,
with the donation of an eligible cell phone, allows the person
making the donation to receive a $40 tax deduction for each eligible
cell phone donation. NCS receives approximately $7.00 per cell
phone donation. If you would like more information about this

General Mills Box Tops & Campbells Labels for Education
NCS supporters, parents, and students can collect Box Tops for
Education which are found on most General Mills cereals products,
Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Yoplait yogurts and other products.
NCS supporters can also collect Campbells Labels for Education,
this includes Pepperidge Farms products, Swanson, Prego and other
products. These box tops are redeemed and funds are raised for
NCS programs. If you would like more information on these two

Kroger Commitment & Publix Partners
In an effort to help NCS take advantage of daily shopping habits,
we have partnered with both Kroger and Publix for their cash-back
shopping programs. Present your Kroger Commitment Card, or your
Publix Partners Card to any participating store and NCS will
receive a percentage of your purchase back in cash. These two
programs allow for very little effort to turn your daily shopping
habits into free money for NCS. You can give your NCS Publix
or Kroger shopping cards to friends at church, neighbors, or
fellow home-schoolers who wouldn't use cards for other schools.

NCS Book Fairs
Up to twice a year, NCS partners with either Newnan's Scotts
Bookstore or with Usborne Books to sponsor the NCS Book Fair.
Each Book Fair provides the opportunity for NCS supporters to
purchase books for themselves or for the NCS School Library.
The vendors donate a significant percentage of the total sale
of the books to Newnan Classical School. If you would like more

Student Art Auction
Held in October in conjunction with our Recitato-Reformation
Day Event, NCS sponsors our annual NCS Student Art Auction once
a year. The student art auction allows parents, grandparents,
and friends of NCS to bid on their favorite student art work
for the benefit of raising funds for Newnan Classical School.
Chick-Fil-A Spirit Night
Twice a year, NCS partners with Chick-Fil-A for our Newnan Classical
School Spirit Night at the Thomas Crossroads Chick-Fil-A. This
is always an enjoyable family event of dining and fellowshipping
for NCS families and friends. A percentage of all Chick-Fil-A
sales during this evening event go to Newnan Classical School.
Our school has always had tremendous participation among its
families for this event.
